FalPix is an AI-powered tool that helps creators generate, edit, and analyze YouTube thumbnails and related cover images using artificial intelligence models.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
FalPix operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate, edit, enhance, or analyze a thumbnail. Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment provider. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
You agree not to use FalPix to:
You retain ownership of images you upload (including persona/reference photos) and of thumbnails you generate using FalPix, subject to the underlying rights of any third-party material you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photo, face, or reference image you upload.
Thumbnails are generated using third-party AI models. Output may occasionally be inaccurate, imperfect, or require regeneration. FalPix does not guarantee any specific click-through rate, view count, or performance outcome from using generated thumbnails.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FalPix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FalPix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
